Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Lernkit. By visiting the website, creating access, purchasing a product, watching a lesson, or using any Lernkit service, you agree to these Terms and to any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

If you use Lernkit for a company, family, student, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use.

Lernkit provides digital learning products, video lessons, course workspaces, decision frameworks, advisory-style educational pages, and related support. Some products are self-paced. Some pages may be designed for region-specific advisory learning or education planning.

Lernkit content is educational. It is not legal, financial, immigration, tax, medical, or admissions advice. Any business, school, product, vendor, or investment decision remains your responsibility.

You must provide accurate information when requesting access, purchasing a product, or contacting support. If access is tied to an email address, you are responsible for keeping that email account secure.

If a learner is under the age of majority where they live, a parent or legal guardian should review and supervise the purchase and use of the service.

When you purchase or receive access to Lernkit content, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content for your own learning or internal decision-making.

You may not copy, resell, publish, redistribute, share account access, download protected video streams, scrape course materials, create competing products from the content, or remove technical protections unless Lernkit gives written permission.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with video delivery or payment systems, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected workflows, upload malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or use Lernkit in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Lernkit may provide frameworks, examples, planning structures, templates, or advisor-style guidance. We do not guarantee a specific business result, school admission, scholarship, hiring outcome, investment return, revenue result, or operational result.

You should use independent judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before making high-stakes decisions.

Lernkit may rely on third-party services for payment processing, video hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, email, and customer support. These providers may include services such as Stripe, Mux, Vercel, Cloudflare, and similar vendors. Your use of Lernkit may require those providers to process limited information needed to deliver the service.

Lernkit, the site design, course structure, videos, text, frameworks, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Lernkit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited use rights described in these Terms.

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of the service. We try to keep paid learning access available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to every feature.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse payment systems, share protected content, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or operational harm. If access is terminated for violation of these Terms, refunds may be denied to the extent allowed by law.

Lernkit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lernkit disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lernkit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lernkit for the product giving rise to the claim in the six months before the claim arose.

Unless local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in California will have jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
